The Sixth Form Centre Golden Jubilee Gathering is not just a reunion ceremony, but rather a symbol of appreciation in strengthening relationship. The Minister of Education highlighted this during the event held a hotel in Jerudong, 12th April afternoon. Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd Salleh added that the ceremony symbolises the spirit of community, tradition and joy in celebrating the values of friendship, loyalty and memories as well as sharing new experiences.

According to Yang Berhormat Datin, in their respective capacities, the attendees have contributed, either directly or indirectly, to society and towards the development of the nation. Every success that is celebrated today is not created by chance, but rather built on a solid foundation, lessons and struggle. The collective struggles and successes of these previous generations have carved a legacy that will certainly be remembered throughout time.

Nearly 200 individual, including Alumni Principals, Sixth Form Centre Teaching Staff and Students Alumni in Jalan Muara from 1975 to 1978, attended the gathering. Also joining the event was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence.
